This promotional grade photoluminescent polyester film coated with permanent acrylic adhesive that has been designed to provide up to 1-hour glow-in-the-dark properties for promotional applications. This material is designed for indoor use as decals, stickers, banners, and other promotional applications. It has a permanent acrylic adhesive that is adaptable to many surfaces with a service range of -20°F to 220°F.
