This material works only in small desktop color and black and white laser printers with a multi-purpose tray that will accept at least 110 lb thick material. 101104 produces a finished laser printed sheet that is water, solvent and scuff resistant for indoor and outdoor applications. The face stock is a special vinyl, with center layer of TEAR RESISTANT polyester and propylene base. This label is a Thick White Polypropylene semi/Block-out Self Adhesive that features a matte white face stock without a standard grey adhesive on the back, this is semi block out due to the fact that the material is 110 lbs tick not that it has a colored backing.
The label meets MIL STD 129P for 2D Ammunition and Explosive containers. The Facestock is 12 mil thick and meets MIL PRF 61002A Type 1 (Blank Sheets)Grade A (Multiple durability Requirement) Style 1 (Non-porous Surfaces) and Style 2 (Porous Surfaces), Composition b (Plastic Facestock), subject to Contractor Review. Self adhesive is permanent for universal use. The super permanent adhesive is a clear acrylic adaptable to many surfaces with a minimum application temperature of 50°F and a service range of -65F to 165°F.
