Matte Gray Polyester Super-Permanent Nameplate Labels

Designed for textured polyester powder coat surfaces and other difficult applications.

This is the first laser printable label-nameplate for industrial applications. Manufactured by Rippedsheets.com, this is a 2.0 mil Gray polyester with a 3M 3.0 mil super-permanent acrylic adhesive.

The Facestock is radiant gray and resists degradation from scuffing, chemicals, and wide temperature fluctuations. Prints extremely well in color and black and white laser printers (For HP: Tuff Setting). Available in 8.5″ × 11″ and 8.5″ × 14″. On a custom basis it can be made as a 11″ × 17″ and 12″ × 18″.

The label-nameplate super-permanent self adhesive bonds to high and low energy plastic surfaces, textured and contoured surfaces, powder coatings including textured powder coatings, and slightly oily metals. The adhesive has excellent resistance to chemicals even at high temperatures. The adhesive is a clear acrylic adaptable to many surfaces with a minimum application temperature of 50°F and a service range -40°F to 302°F.
