#110721 - Clean Cut, Tear Resistant Reemay®
110721 will work in B/W desktop laser printers (Tan and Green available on special order basis). This white laser printable fabric is printable from the bypass tray of color and B/W laser printers or copiers only in the Paper mode. This is a nonwoven Reemay with a polymer coating that resists tearing from sewing and use.
Printable on one-side only as a clean-cut, the Dry Clean Reemay® Fabric is on a liner. The fabric is not micro-perforated but actually die cut like labels on a sheet with no rough edges from perforations! You just pop them out of the sheet after printing.

Our non-woven fabric material, 100721 Washable Mil-Spec Reemay® Fabric, has been tested and passes two cycle commercial dry-cleaning with a final steam pressing.
Fabric shrinkage is negligible and laser print acceptance on fabric following the two cycles of cleaning is legible with slight fading (6.2% on first cleaning and 7.8% after the second cleaning).
The dry cleaning solution is composed of Perchloroethylene and detergent types as outlined in the AATCC Test Method 132.
Type 4, Type 5 and Type 6 labels are evaluated for physicals and wash requirements similarly with the exception that the Type 5 labels are capable of being adhesive coated and heat sealed to substrates. Type 5 labels must meet the dry cleaning requirements of this specification. Our style 100721 Washable Mil-Spec Reemay® Fabric will meet Type 4, Type 5 and Type 6.
100721 Washable Mil-Spec Reemay® Fabric can be used for Class 1 through Class 18.
